This design features a crew of miniature artists in the process of carving a large marble Elephant Monument.  The figures are rendered "Rockwell" style, to give the look and feel of the Depression Era. It was during this time when many great statues, monuments, and memorials were created through the WPA (Works Project Administration). There are 8 characters in all, including two hidden - a snoozing boy and playful pup.
